Deco X20 "disconnected from other Deco" error
Getting "Disconnected fro other Decos" error from two satellite units. Still have strong service but getting the error all the time, even after a reboot
Any thoughts?

Have you tried to delete the Deco APP and install it again on the smartphone?
If possible, please try to unplug the power adapter of the two satellite units to have a look.
If the issue still existed, please go to Deco APP>Overview>three lines on the top>help>contact us>suggestions and add the APP log, then send to us.

Installed app again. Now no devices listed lost menus for set up etc. Can deco be accessed thru PC? No app? @David-TP

Hi, the setup needs to done via Deco APP, not available on web UI.
Can I have a screenshot of what you can see on the Deco APP?
