Deco X55 Gives Parental Control Time is Up warning on one computer
I have a Deco X55 Mesh system with 3 units. Several times a week when I open my Macbook that has been asleep, I get a page in my browser that is labeled "TP-Link Parental Controls" with a message: Time is up! You have used up your online time for today. It seems that you need to do some other activities for a while. I have not set up parental controls on the system and the device (the Macbook) belongs to the "dad"
I can't find any way to disable this message. In only occurs on my laptop and not my desktop which I use much more.
It doesn't see to affect the use of the laptop. It is just annoing.
Any help?
Thanks
MWM

Update:
Yesterday, I have received similar feedback here:https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/forum/topic/567908
I think your issue might be caused by the Bedtime as well.
It is enabled by default and set to 12:00pm-5:00am under "Dad" Profile and during bedtime, there would be a prompt notice"Time is up! You have used up your online time for today"
We have reported to the senior engineers to improve this feature and currently, it is suggested to turn off Bedtime first.
Thank you very much.
Best regards.

I have looked throughout the settings on my iPad app and I cannot find a link to edit member profiles. The only option I found is the member profiles and the ability to assign different devices to different members but no way to edit the profiles.

I finally found that I need to make myself a manager which I did. Then under HomeShield, I can look at my devices. The Time Limits are off and can only be turned on with a subscription. So I don't know why I keep getting the message that I am over my time limit.

Yes David. I got your email. I got an email from TP Support: [TP-Link Support]-[TKID220700510] [Forum ID]567066
and have replied to them.
One more piece of info. I added my desktop to "Dad's" list of devices and now I get the Time is up warning on both my desktop and my laptop in my browser.

@MWM Turning off the bedtime seemed to cure the problem. It would be nice if there was a more complete description of the various options available and their effects.
Thanks for the feedback.
