So my powerline av600 is connected and everything first and last light solid but middle blinking every 1 sec or so.

Thank you for reaching out to us , can you check does the flash Led affects the internet connection of your powerline device? If not you could just leave it.

It is possible the device is on power save mode by default, you could also try to turn power save mode off and see if that makes any difference.
