Deco is blocking battlenet login
My Deco seems to be blocking the Blizzard Battlenet login site
I swapped my old router back in and everything works fine, when the Deco is acting as the router, I can't login to Battlenet from the Blizzard client.
So far this is the only service that doesn't seem to work I have observed
My deco does not have an antivirus option to disable in the app, I tried to follow the Deco antivirus FAQ on the support site but don't have those options in the app

@David-TP I did reply via email, it must have gotten lost.
I ended up doing a reset of the equipment and it's all working now
So :shrug: I guess?

Hi, could you please help me check the following details as well:
1. Have you tested on another client as well to see whether it could log into Blizzard Battlenet?
2. If you are trying to ping the login site in the CMD on the computer, what would you get?
3. And have you subscribed HomeShield Pro service?

None of the clients I tried to login Battlenet. When I swapped the the TP Link for my old router, everything could login
2. If you are trying to ping the login site in the CMD on the computer, what would you get?
I don't know what host it uses for login. It's not the same as the website, I can view the website just fine.
3. And have you subscribed HomeShield Pro service?
