Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 20220621 rel.71166(5553)

When I connect my 5 bay (5 hardisks) HDD Usb 3.0 DOCK to the USB 3.0 port of the AX55, it only shows 1 HDD. It can see 5, because I see it changing  when I scan. It will only stop on the 5th HDD. But won't show everything

For reference, this is the dock I am using

Hey @epiqpwnage,

Can you provide me some more information regarding your setup? Apparently, there is a 10,000 file limit for the media sharing feature over USB; could this be the cause?

 

How large are each of the drives? Are the drives setup in a RAID configuration or accessible via an WebUI or Interface?

 

When you say it wont show everything, do you mean that it only shows the files on drive bay 5? Or does the router list files from the other drives also?
