We still provide User Guides for most products as PDFs on our website.  Smart Home product generally do not have UGs because everything is in the app.  What product are you specifically concerned with not having a UG available?

I was not aware that was missing.  I have requested our content team create and add this content.  I should have it in a few days uploaded to the product pages.  

The User Guides are not what I was looking. Looking for description for all settings.

User Guides are what we call manuals.  They would have everything related to the features and settings available in the product.  However, in the web UI there is also this on each menu

 

 

if you click on it, a menu will expand and give you descriptions of each setting on that particular menu

 

OK. I have been around for years so no problem. Have the 1800 running so the 3000 will get done. I can't believe how cheap some companies have gotten. Thanks
