Model: Deco X55
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.0 Build 20221102 Rel. 66085

I’m having issues with my mesh network providing very slow wifi connections.  As of the last Speedtest, I’m showing, Download: 145 Mbps and Upload: 142 Mbps.  Oddly, within the Deco app, it’s show Download: 3K bps and Upload: 10Kbps

MY ISP, AT&T, router is showing for wifi, Download: 419 Mbpsand Upload: 538 Mbps.

I’m not sure if I need to adjust a setting or something, but this has become problematic. I can't figure out the problem and need assistance.

  @one9ooh6

Thanks for the feedback.

I think we could skip the speed on the Deco APP first since it displays the real-time LAN speed, not the internet download speed.

When the speed was "Download: 145 Mbps and Upload: 142 Mbps", are you connected to the main Deco X50, via 5ghz?

And "Download: 419 Mbpsand Upload: 538 Mbps" is the wireless speed from main ATT router, right?

It is suggested to check QoS settings first to mkae sure it is disabled or set the bandwidth a little more higher, like  1000 m/s download/upload.

Then please also turn off UPNP under Deco APP>More>Advanced>NAT forwarding.

Troubleshooting: Slow Internet Speed with Deco Devices

Best regards.

I don't see a QOS option or Deco APP>More>Advanced>NAT forwarding in the Deco App, I'm using.
