Very slow speed on Wifi with GB connection

My speed just to the main Deco is super slow. I ordered a new cable to rule that out. Not sure why it's so horrible. Wired seems good. I have disabled Mesh on most devices, moved my nodes closer to each other. I can see my logs, there are lots of errors, just can't decipher any. I have nodes on router mode 2.5 and 5.G. Speeds spike but not to where they should be and then drop way down. I have rebooted more than any human should after changing settings. About to chuck it and get something else.
Hi, can you provide more details about your current wireless speed? how much speed you could get from the main Deco? and on which device?
It is also suggested to check the Mesh Backhaul between Deco XE5300 to make sure the 2.4ghz/5ghz/6ghz are all active.
If possible, please temporarily turn off 2.4ghz, and leave 5ghz and 6ghz only to see whether the 5ghz speed could maintain a proper speed.
