My power failed, and with it, my ONT. As such I'm without internet. Deco app, however isn't saying my network is down, instead it says "something went wrong..." And then prevents any interaction?
No notification, nothing?
Hi, welcome to the community.
When Deco is offline, it actually stops responding to the cloud and couldn't update its status anymore. So you are out of the house, Deco APP is over the remote control and It couldn't find Deco and did not know what happened. But if you stay in the house and connect to Deco Wi-Fi, the local control via Deco APP would report why it was disconnected, modem outage or broken cables, and provide some advice to figure out the issue.
