Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.5.1 Build 20210330 Rel. 71028

My current plan is from Spectrum and it is 433 Mbps however my phone and laptop have never reached pass 80 Mbps.

 

I have seen many other people who have relatively the same issue, however I have yet to find an answer that works

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, welcome to the community.

I see there are two models mentioned here:

For Deco W2400, it has 2× 10/100 Mbps Ports and its maximum internet speed via Ethernet cable is 100m/s.

While Deco M4 has 2× 10/100/1000 Mbps Ports which could handle 433m/s from Spectrum.

So may I know which model you have? If it is Deco W2400, I am afraid you might get the wrong model.

Oh thank you, it appears we do have the W2400. I guess I got mixed up when looking for the model. Thank you very much.

 

I need your advice, though. Would the S4 work as well as the M4?
