  @MeGeezer,

Please provide a bit more information for your case, such as:

  • What are the LEDs are showing on the Router
  • Can you see the Wi-Fi network in your List of Available Networks?
  • Did you complete the setup through the tether app or webUI?
  • Were you connected to the Wi-Fi before?
