Deco x55 main unit download speed has dropped over 50% but upload is still 100% of isp provider
My ISP supplies 600mbs via fiber and my PC (laptop) when directly connected gets 550mbps both up and down.
Of course there is overhead on my Deco x55 (3 unit system) that slows that down 150 -250 mbps.
However, recently I only get 25 mbps download and 560 mbps upload. What is going on? I am thinking that the main x55 unit is faulty.
How can I diagnose this.
I disabled Homeshield Pro thinking it was the problem but it did not change much.

Hi, May I know who is your internet service provider?
Please also confirm the QOS is disabled or set to 1000m/s up and down. Also make sure UPNP is disabled under Deco APP>More>Advanced>NAT portforwarding.
In case these suggestions did not help, could you please send me some screenshots of your speedtest result?
Wait for your reply and best regards.

Thanks for responding. I have done everything you have suggested. Even reset all 3 units to factory specs and installed the latest firmware 1.3.1 , setup a different x55 as main. Tried direct cat6 cabling, and wifi, all with poor download results. Spent several hours with tech support. All to no avail.. they are referring me to RMA department. Which means I will have to sweet talk them into sending me a new replacement that I can install and then send them the old one bought via Amazon 4/14/2022
Attached is a ookla speedtest. Bytheway, I disabled Qos as well as set it to max 1000 both up down and test all configs but to no avail
Thanks for your time. I even retested a direct cat6 connection from my old Toshiba laptop enet port to the fiberoptic modem. Over 600+Mbps for up and down as expected.
