Hi, welcome to the community.

May I know the model number of your Deco?

Would there be any error message when the Samsung TV failed to connect to Deco?

It is suggested to temporarily turn off "fast roaming" and "beamforming" on the Deco APP>More>Advanced to see whether it helped.

thanks for reverting back on my thread 

 

as suggested i have turned off "fast roaming" and "beamforming" on the Deco still i am getting the same error 

 

My deco model : TP-Link Deco X60 Wi-Fi 6 AX3000 Whole-Home Mesh Wi-Fi System, 3-Pack

Samsung tv model:Neo  Q90C

 

Error i am seeing on my screen:

 

There was a problem while trying to play the Samsung TV plus channel.

Check your network settings or try again later

 

Network: i have connected my tv with Ethernet cable which is connected to main deco 


Cable connection was good able to access all other apps like netflix and prime 

 

I hope above information would help to identify the issue

And on the Deco, you could try to edit the following settings:

1. change the WAN DNS on Deco to 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4 per How to change DNS server settings on my Deco

2. Enable "UPNP" under Deco APP>More>Advanced>NAT Forwarding>UPNP.

I have tried the steps

but still i am seeing the same error issue is not resolved

Error message; There was a problem while trying to play the TV PLUS channel. Select retry and wait a minute. I have internet access and can watch YouTubeTV.
