Model: Deco

Hardware Version:

Firmware Version: 3.6

AX1800 Deco X20

4th unit will not connect as a satellite. I tried resetting, changed security to WPA, WPA2 and WPA2/WPA3 Personal. The led turns green, then blinks blue and never connects. The box of 3 all connected flawlessly. I haven't been able to connect to it to see if it needs to have a firmware update.

Hi, welcome to the community.

Would there be any error message when you tried to manually add it on the Deco APP>"+" on the top right>Add a Deco unit?
