Deco M9+ parental control does not block PC or Chromebook
Our Deco M9 Plus Parental control stopped working on PC or Chromebook, but can block well on Mac and iPad. I called customer support and was told that Deco parental control only works for IPV4, but not IPV6. I turned off IPV6 on Deco, the parental control still couldn't block a Dell PC or a school chromebook from accessing certain websites or have time limits. However, the parental control works perfectly to block iPad or a brand new MacBook Pro. Any suggestions?
