Cannot configure 6ghz band
I just purchased and installed the Axe5300. I'm having trouble configuring the 6ghz band. It has no SSID and is grayed out with a message that it is "temporarily unavailable when exiting ECO mode", but I didn't change ECO mode (and in fact can't even find ECO mode in the settings). Doing a search online, it appears that it's supposed to show up in the More module, but mine has Deco Lab, Reports, Block List and QoS instead of ECO Mode. I have tried to reboot the app, reboot the hardware and reboot both.

Hi, Thanks for the update. I have received your logs and will forward them to the engineers for further analysis.
Can I have a more clear picture of the error message? I find the attached picture is quite blurry.
Thank you very much and best regards.

I tested on my side with Deco XE75_v2.6-1.2.3 Build 20231011 Rel. 60272+ Deco APP 3.7.5. Unfortunately, the 6GHz can be enabled properly with no error.
So far, the root cause is still unclear.
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.
