Model: Archer AX10000
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: Archer AX10000 v2.0

I recently purchased an AX10000 and now I have some devices that won't connect via the LAN cable. I can plug a laptop into one of the cables and it works but plug in a TV, PS4 or desktop PC and it does not. It cannot be the cables if some devices work with the same cabling. I have cable tested all cables used. Any Idea?

  @Nobel_Sword

I assume you tried the PC in each of the Ethernet ports.

Is the router attached to a gateway (router and modem combo)?

If the router is in AP mode then I would expect the router is attached to an another router or a gateway that is in router mode. If the gateway is in bridge mode, then the router should be in router mode.

  @ArcherC8 I have found that a lighting strike close by has damaged the ethernet ports of the three devices that won't connect via LAN. Took the Playstation to another location and it still won't recognize the cable connected. Replacing damaged devices is in the future.

I am surprised that the router was not also damaged.

  @ArcherC8 The old Linksys router was damaged at the same time as the LAN ports on the devices where damaged. I knew the router was damaged because of decreased funcionality. I didn't relaize the LAN ports where also damaged unitl after replacing the router with the TP Link one. Thanks for the input.
