Model: Archer AX73
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version:

My AX5400 has worked fine for about 3 months and now it has suddenly started to just continuously cycle through the start up process.  The lights on the front come on momentarily and then the go off and the power light flashes.  After the power light flashes for about 30 seconds, it goes off for a few seconds and the process starts again.

Nothing happens when I try to do a reset using the button on the back of the unit.

Also, I found that it is broadcasting a SSID TP-Link_CFxx which does not match the SSID on the bottom of the device or what I had set up.

Hi @adwarren1970,

Welcome to the community!

Were there any changes to your network environment prior to this behavior manifesting?

Are all of the Deco nodes affected, or just one?

If just one, have you tried swapping it for one of the satellite nodes?

If you haven't already, can you try changing the port to which the Ethernet cable is connected on the Deco?

If the behavior persists despite the above steps and the Deco remains unresponsive to factory reset (be sure you hold the reset button for 1 second while the device is powered on), then I suggest getting in touch with our support team directly to perform diagnostics and potentially determine warranty eligibility for your Mesh System. If you live in the United States, you can use the phone number, email, or live chat options here.
