@Treetrim Find the CPI site FAQ. I failed to link it as it is not allowed by the forum software. I'm kind of disappointed that a technician couldn't solve your issue... You'll probably need to reset...

@Lori2222 It's possible that during the original setup that the password was mistyped... Suggest resetting/hard reset the RE and set up again.

@J-J I've only seen this in Archer series routers, and it was when enabling secure login. I could not find a similar setting available for Decos....

@Iceman803 BTW- It seems with V1 of the BE85 you get a WiFi 7 2.4 GHz radio but on V2 (currently the only model sold in the US) you get a WiFi 6 2.4 GHz radio....
