@Snarltoof That is odd, on the face of this i do not see why the bulbs should not work. I have forwarded this to the smart home team. I'l let you know when i get a response.

@JACKPEP We do recommend being close to the router at least during setup. When trying to set up the device does the light blink blue and amber? Also do you see a open network named TP-Link_Smart Plug...
