@PickleRick What I would do: Check to see if the firmware is up to date and update if needed. Be sure you are using the power adapter that came with the router. Contact TP Link Support.

I do not know but it is possible. Some of the other routers could be using the non overlapping channels which is why your router found the overlapping channels less crowded.

You can try turning QoS off and see. Also be sure you are using the power adapter that came with the router, try a different Ethernet cable, firmware is up to date, if you have Nat Boost option try...
