@DigitalMan Check the modem logs to see it it records things when the loss happens. The issue is there is not much info on the info in the logs, I have the same modem and Xfinity. Been very solid....

@DrakeC I have been there. Back up the current settings if able before the change, that way if you need to recover, you can get your settings back. Go thru the settings before the change and review...

@DrakeC I do not know of any router that does that. That would be a great feature to have. I have used Screen Capture to save the settings and also have wrote my own script in a word program....
