Can you sign on to the router with a pc connected to the router. If not consider reseting it to factory and reentering your settings.

Try deleting (forget) the network on the Firesticks and then add the network back. You can also try different WIFI channels and WIFI widths.

One way is to change the SSIDs and then add one device at a time to get the MAC or its identifier. Some extenders will change the MAC. If you sign on to the router, you should be able to see the MAC...
