Power off the modem and router. Power up the modem, wait for it to stabilize, then power up the router. It that does not work, then try a factory re-set on the router and re-enter your settings.

Bypass your router and connect your PC direct to the modem and then try to sign on to the modem http://192.168.100.1/ for you modem logs and info.
