As far as the IPv6 goes, I think you should turn it on. At some point in the future, you will need it and would be good to know that your ISP, modem, and router support it. I have not noticed any...

Try different a browser try 168.192.0.1 (not dashes) try http://tplinklogin.net/ as some browsers like it better
