@LoepJoe does the router work other than the lights? If so, I would use it without lights. If not, I would start with the power adapter. A C8 uses 12v 3300mA for reference.

@ub3rm0nk3y If you are pluging the Router into the Google Pucks, you need to set the Google Puck in Bridge mode or the router into AP mode. You want only one device acting as a router.
