@Rmays1969 Try unplugging the tv for 10 min, then plug it back in to see if that works. The tv should have a "reset to factory" option which is what I would try next.

@AZRE I would suspect a bad router or bad connectors in the router or wires. If one of the eight wires/pins is not making contact, then the speed will drop tp 100.
