@CTopCat212 You will need to reset the router to factory settings and then you can sign on with the default user id and password. Then you will need to re-enter all of your router settings.

@cwradio The 2.4 will get you more distance and slower speeds. The 5 will get faster speeds but not the distance. Also the 2.4 tends to have more interference and more traffic which affects speed....
