@ZhenC Look at the modem logs to see if anything is logged at the time of the failure. I had this happen a few weeks ago and found out xfinity was working on the line down the street.

@mehulparmar31 I suspect thar you need to power off the ONU and router and unplug for 5-10 min. Power on the ONU then the router. Set the router to pppoe before the power off.
