@Moon1955 What modem and what router do you have? Is it a combo router/modem (gateway)? The ssid and password is set up in the router.

@TheFishPuncher look inside of the conector and see if one of the pins are bent. otherwise I would think there is an internal issue.

@AComfortableDev One way is to use a different DNS server. Some give you the option to block specific IPs. Check the different ones out.

@SantaAnaWinds I would reset the router to factory, enter my settings, test, and then run a port checker to see what ports are open. As far as other firmware goes, in the past, I have used DD-WRT...

@dvoo Are you unpluging the modem when you switch to the AX20 per instructions? I suspect you are not getting an IP.
