@Armyjal what do you need to do to restart it? If nothing, review any modem logs that you may have as I would suspect the ISP. If in a high volume wifi area, try different channels.

@Luluhanyu I sort of expect the issue is the home modem does not talk to the router because it is looking for a previous router.

@Luluhanyu If possible, take the home modem and router to the office and see if it works there. That may narrow down what may be the issue.
