@saho Make sure to look closely at the LED light, if the only light to change amber is the internet light. The router is then losing the internet connection from whatever it is connected to.

@BigE0n When you swap the nodes the app should recognize that the main deco is no longer connected so it will prompt you to designate a new main deco. You will need to look below the new Deco to see...

@Tiktaalik With our Deco mesh systems, you can create a guest network and disable either band. Are you able to do that where you make a new wireless network name, and disable the 2.4GHz?
