Make sure the router is running the latest build of 200216 that was reelased within the last month. Default the router one more time, but do not adjust any settings in the HomeCare menu or anywhere...

@Lannie1011 There was a issue before where a user was not able to access a airline website, turns out their IP was blacklisted rather then the router blocking. Either have the ISP issue a new IP...

@Sparky672 Looks like we are still not able pinpoint issue as it can not be replicated when tested on our end. It might be an issue with the router itself.
