@Shiyonin I would try logging into the router with a Ethernet cable from your computer to one of the LAN ports. Then go to Advanced > Wireless > Wireless settings. See if the 2.4 or 5 are enabled.

@Qbert987 Just to add, make sure you checked that the HS200 has the latest firmware which gives smart actions. Go to the top left icon to bring up the Kasa menu > Settings > Firmware Update.

@Moose717 Go into your router wireless settings. If the version is currently set to WPA2-PSK, change that to WPA-PSK, save it. Now factory reset the smart plug by holding the button for 15 seconds....
