@GusD Is there any indication that the router is powered on ? Any LEDs active ? If after factory reset there's no access to the router it probably went faulty. I would measure the power supply...

@ps221 According to a AT&T post these ports have to be opened with a port-forwarding on your router.

@MarceloGV Do a factory reset of the updated AX12 to its factory defaults and re-configure from scratch - then check if there's any improvement.
