@melonman98 While the router is powered on press the reset button for about 10 seconds. When pressing the reset button you should feel/hear a click - use e paperclip or a toothpick.

@Zigwilly There are two reasons that could cause LAN ports not working. Bad cabling or bad ethernet ports. You already changed the router. This time try changing the cables.
