Current Tapo app smart plug device icon is limited. Suggest to have more device icons for smart plug or even can aupport customized icon, just like Kasa app does.

I have four of these and I guess I added at least one to HomeKit before I added it to the Tapo App. Because three of them are in the Tapo app and one is not. Is there any way to add it to the Tapo App

My Entire System Has Disappeared

I have a 1800 square foot home with 2 levels raised ranch style. I have 3 M4's and 3 M5's. I have been going on with out a hitch for years maybe had this happen one other time but it was an easy fix.
