Hello - there is a new smart plug firmware update availyand every time I try to update it, it says the update failed. We had a power outage, so my timer schedules won’t work, and it won’t allow me to fix that until the update is complete. Any troubleshooting suggestions?

I would recommend doing a factory reset and then reconfiguring the plug. This will confrim if the plug was damaged or not during the power outage and at the end of the configuration you will be instructed to preform the firmware update if still needed.
