I have plug in my switchs and the lights turn on but when i wanted to turn off  the lights stay on and kind of blinking.

On my wall i just have 2 cables, and the model have 4, so i am not sure if i mixed the cables.

In order to install the HS200, you need at least three cables. The most important being the neutral wire which is typically white. If you do not have a neutral wire then you are not able to install it. The other two wires you will need is the line and load wire.
