I have installed all my Kasa smart switches except for one. When I wire it in and turn the power on the light in the ceiling will flash on and off and I cant control the light with the switch. I thought that it might be the switch so I ordered a new one and when I installed that one the same thing happened.  Does anybody know what the problem is?

It could be miswired.  Make sure the live and load wires are wired to seperate wires in the box and that the netural wire is also connected.  If the the live and load wires are wired to the same house wire or the netural is not in use this switch will not work properly.
