So this happens sometimes when product goes directly to the reatailer instead of to our warehouse first.  Send this data to ussupporrteam@tp-link.com and I'll make sure its handled before the end of my shift today.

Do you want me to submit this information again? I've already sent the proof of purchase, along with photos of the serial numbers, to both Parker Hu and to TP-Link support. I don't want to duplicate the work, or cause any confusion, by repeatedly resubmitting this information.

I hope you have had success with your Deco M9 Plus

I have the Deco-X20 AX1800 (-3- units)

 

F/W: 2.9.4

Firmware Version 1.5.1

Build 20210204

Rel. 50738

 

I have had nothing but consistent Internet drop outs,

The only thing that gets it back online, is reboot of the main unit (power off)

I have down loads of 91.9 & up load speeds of 92.6, when connected

 

 At this rate, this thing is a real brick

Unfortunately not. There were too many reports of similar problems from other users, and I decided I had spent far too much time troubleshooting this issue, so I ended up returning the entire system, and going back to my old router.

 I am beginning to come to the same conclusion here.

The purchase of the Deco mesh network was to allow me to use WiFi home security cameras about my home

The WiFi signal was too weak for consistent feeds

This mesh network did improve the signal but now I am losing my internet multiple times a day

Purchased new cell phones thinking it was tied to my my phones service

T Mobile is very spotty here & i have to use WiFi calling

No improvement

I signed up for Metronet fiber, 100Mbps

No improvement

Bought -4- new Netgear giga switches

No improvement

I am using the Deco as a router and at this rate, I may just reinstall my Linksys EA6900 & make the Deco a access point
