Reolink unable to connect to M9 plus router
Hi, I am having trouble connecting Reolink Argus to the Deco M9. It cannot locate the router. I enabled the Deco M9 as an access point and set it for 2 4 ghz, and still unable to connect. Any suggestions?

@TP-Link I have tried all the suggest fixes above and none of them work.

In this way, I would like to forward your case to the senior engineers for further assistance.
At the same time, could you please help me run a simple test:
1. enable the mobile hotspot via mobile data with the same SSID, password, security type of Deco.
2. try to set up Reolink with hotspot.
3. if it could be connected to the hotspot, then turn off the hotspot and check whether it could roam to Deco’s network.
