for a while now one of the two outdoor cameras i own hasn't been recording properly, on the saved clips/recording there is a film picture with an X in the center and when i try to view the saved clip it reads, "ACTIVITY IN PROGRESS- Camera still recording please check back later" this happens on every single saved recording and stays that way for ever.

@AntM  Hello, 

Please confirm your Kasa app is up to date in Google Play or APP store first. 

May I know the model of your phone and its Android or IOS version? Can you share with us a photo of Activity part showing the Error?

@Solla-topee hi, thanks for the response. My app is up to date, I'm using an IPhone SE with iOS 14.6 . I have two camera but only one has the issue, I've also had other dowload and use the app to see if maybe it was only my phone that was bugged, but the problem consisted. I will provide the screen shots and you can see that only the "driveway cam" has the issue.

@AntM this system is garbage!

just had 3 clips over 5 minutes during an " incident" that we'd love to show the cops. All of them have an x over them. Complete waste of $
