Ive been had 3 times for the yearly subscription to the kasa care set up, what i found was i would subscribe, then add another camera which would then cause my set up to switch to the free plan (unknowingly) and then after that period my subscription was lost, i re paid three times thinking it had just taken 3 month payments.. when i contacted kasa care i recieved zero help and was told "sorry theres nothing i can do" ive got 8 of these on my system, so im down about £700 plus the £300 ive repeatedly pay for subscriptions which to this day i still dont have! 
 

theres literally nothing i can do as kasa are simpky not interested in a solution or wven a simple refund. Nothing. 
 

who is the better company than kasa to change to?

Thanks so much for sharing all the detailed info about the Kasa care subscription. Kasa Care Premium plan supports up to 10 cameras, here is a guide to add the camera into Premium Plan. If Kasa care does not take effect after the subscription, it is recommended to check the bank payment records in first time and see if the deduction is successfully done or declined.
