Hi,

I've got 3x HS100 outlet. One of them went offline today and I can't get it online anymore. I can't even reset it.

What should I do? Is it broken?

Thank you for your video, from the video plug will not respond to a factory reset when press the ' settings' or gear button, it look an hardware with the certain unit.

I suggest contacting the local retailer or local support to check device warranty.
