The internet led is red and when i reset my router it stays red
Hello, which is the WAN connection type you're choosing on the AX3000? Be sure you do have internet access when connecting the computer to the ISP modem directly. BTW, who is your ISP?
Also, there could be a MAC address protection implemented on the ISP modem or internet line. If that is the case, you need to clone the MAC address of the computer to the AX3000 WAN port like this.
If you are not sure about these settings, please call your ISP and they should be able to guide you through that.
