New smart switch. Everything works but Wi-Fi. It is flashing green and orange. When I go to iPhone settings I see TP I select it and it says it is unsecured. It is not unsecured. I've reset it twice. Using 2.4 Wi-Fi. It is close to the router 20 feet. Tried using cellular data still not seeing it?

Please follow Tapo APP instructions to set up the smart plug, if app guides to connect to Tapo XX SSID, go to Settings -WiFi on your phone, connect to smart device Wi-Fi, and go back to app.(tapo device default SSID is an open Wi-Fi without Internet access, it will be gone after tapo device successfully connected to router's Wi-Fi. )
