A few days ago I changed out my internet router which means a new password which means I have to reset all my bulbs (20!).  I have successfully reset all of them but I can't seem to put them in groups.  I'm using Alexa and Google to turn lights on and off.  When I ask to turn on living room it says "living room doesn't support that".  It used to.  I've changed the group name, deleted and made a new group, made sure all the bulbs are on the internet but it still doesn't work.  Help please??

May I know can you use Alexa and Google to turn single bulb on and off?

If you can't, please refer to case 3 in below guide to troubleshoot

What should I do if I cannot make my ​​​​​​​Kasa device work with Alexa or Google Home?

 

If you can control single bulb, just can't control group, it is suggested to contact Alexa support and see if they have any idea about this issue.
