Model: Kasa KC400
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 2.3.13

In the settings for the Camera I have it set to 2K quality.

However whenever I view the camera from an Alexa device when I come back into the Kasa Camera settings it shows it as set to 1080p.

What's worse is that when I go to check my 24x7 recordings in the time that Alexa was being used until I manually change the setting back to 2K quality the SD Card recorded picture is degraded and obviously only 1080p as well.

Is this intended or can this be fixed so that the 24x7 recordings aren't effected by Alexa being used?

Thanks

Hello   @Gmarv09

Thank you for the feedback, when stream on Alexa and the camera settings changed to 1080P, can you take a photo of it showing the time ?

Confirm kasa app and device firmware are both up to date

Can you help provide some information here :

1. Model of Alexa Device 2. Kasa APP version  3. Model of phone and its Android or IOS version
