Firmware Version: 2.3.9

Camera has been working fine for several devices at least a year or more.

On 10/11/22 there was an update. Now, no one in my household can view the camera from their device (iPhone, Android and tablets). There is just a spinning circle on the screen.

I've cleared cache, force stopped, uinstalled, reinstalled and still diddly squat.

Anyone else having this problem?

How do I fix it???

@socalnative,

Are you using an SD card with the camera? If you are, try removing the SD Card, and then restarting the camera might make it appear. Are you able to view the camera stream off of your home network?

Otherwise, I would recommend resetting the camera to factory defaults and reconfiguring the camera from scratch.
